For bulk:
For the goods in stock ,we can send you the goods within 1 day once we confirmed your payment ,for the customized goods ,the delivery time for jewelry displays is about 10-18 days ,and the delivery time for packing product (boxes,paper bags and pouches )is about 15-25 days .
For Sample:
Sample time for jewelry displays and packaging products are all 7-15 days .
Q2.What is your MOQ ?
MOQ for stock is 1 PC ,but for custom product is higher ,different products are with different MOQ ,welcome to inquire about our products and MOQ .
Q3. Do you have stock items to sell or you can custom ?
Yes,we have almost all of our jewelry displays and boxes ,pouches and pouches in stock,also we can make customized Logo,size,material,color as your requirement .
We can custom your logo on the products ,if your quantity can reach to our MOQ ,we can print your logo for free .
Q4,what is your sample fee policy ?
If we have the sample in stock ,you can pay a little sample fee which is a retail price less than 10 USD usually.if we don't have them in stock ,then you should pay for more sample fee than sample in stock . any way ,all of the sample fee will be returned back when u confirmed the bulk order .also sample freight is charged by the shipping company ,Clients should pay for it :)
Q5.Which shipping way is available and how to track?
By sea to your nearest port or door to door
By air to your nearest airport
By express (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS,ARAMEX)to your door
When your order is shipped out ,trucking number will be provided to you with 2 working days . then you can know clearly about the status of the goods .
Q6:My package missed or damaged on the half way , What can I do?
A: Please contact our support team or sales and we will confirm your order with the package and QC department,if it is our problem ,we will make refund or re-product or resend to you . We apologize for any inconveniences!
